B2B portal for a mineral water producer where distributors place orders themselves and retail chain orders arrive automatically from EDIN and Vchasno — saving a manager 300 hours a year of re-keying.

It is a closed B2B portal built for a mineral water producer whose bottleneck was neither logistics nor production — it was the way an order was accepted in the first place. Orders arrived through three non-automated channels: by email from distributors, each in their own format, and through two EDI platforms from the retail chains — EDIN separately, Vchasno separately. A manager then re-keyed every line item into the ERP by hand: counterparty, product, contract, warehouse, packaging, shipping date — around 8 hours every week, over 300 hours a year, spent mechanically copying data across three work windows. The portal closes that loop. Distributors place orders themselves, around the clock, from templates and with a weight and pallet calculator that prevents an order from being sent overloaded. Retail chain orders are pulled in from EDIN and Vchasno automatically, and the producer sees all of them as a single list ready to be loaded into the ERP — one window instead of three, and zero manual entry, because data lands in the system exactly as the distributor entered it or the chain transmitted it. A document workflow with counterparties, in-app correspondence and status change notifications keep every artefact around an order in one place — stored by the company, not in employees' mailboxes — and transparent statuses removed the "what's happening with my order" calls. For the client this is lower operating costs, a higher level of service, and a manager who does sales rather than copying rows.
