Krivoozerska Bakery Ordering Portal - Daily B2B Orders Online

B2B ordering portal for a bakery plant that moved daily orders from phone calls to self-service — with returns accounting, order history and a demo open to anyone.
krpk.net is a self-service ordering portal for a bakery plant whose product is daily: orders are collected every day inside a narrow window, after which production is already planned. Before, orders were taken over the phone — operators called round the outlets and wrote down items from what they heard, and the ceiling was physical: the number of calls per hour has a limit, the number of retail outlets does not. The portal moves that whole flow online. A signed-in home page surfaces popular items and new arrivals so promotion no longer depends on an operator remembering it, and a catalogue of 152 items grouped by category — social wheat breads, baguettes, mixed-flour breads, puff pastry, confectionery, ceremonial breads — is filterable by name, category, price range, sold-by-weight flag, packaging and sort order. The working screen is a tabular order form where the running selection stays in view beside the full price list, and an item that is out of stock is greyed out on the spot. Checkout runs as a three-step flow with counterparty and contract picked from a list rather than dictated over the phone — so the ERP gets them right — and the basket shows the amount that will be credited against returns before the order is sent, not after. Both sides see the same order history — which ends the "who said what on the phone" conversation — and a generated invoice carries a "copy order" button that turns yesterday's order into today's in one move. Part of the customer base has moved to self-service; the call centre works with customers instead of dialling a list; and transferring data into the ERP came down to exporting one file.
