KRetailPro is a retail equipment tracking system that gives every fridge, rack and branded stand its own card with placement, moves, repairs, documents and QR-based stocktaking on a map.

KRetailPro is a tracking system for equipment a manufacturer buys with its own money but keeps outside its own premises — fridges, shelving units and branded stands standing in third-party points of sale, under the responsibility of different managers and distributors. Every unit gets a card with its full life history: purchase, placement, moves between responsible people, repairs with their cost, and the acts and contracts that back them up. The system replaced a scattered set of Excel files with a single database of 2 947 units across 21 regions, an equipment map, a repair request queue with its own signature chain, and a repair registry that ties every hryvnia spent to a specific unit. Stocktaking is carried out from a phone by scanning QR codes, and field visits by managers are confirmed with geolocation and photos. For the client this is not an accounting program but control over an asset that physically sits outside the company.
